ALOE Weekend is our 3rd annual Adult Learning Opportunity Extravaganza event for Adult Girl Scout volunteers. It’s a time for learning new things, enjoying old friends and making new friends, and a chance to earn hours toward a leaf for your development pen.
During the weekend there will be several different opportunities to choose to participate in or have some free time to relax. Attend ALOE Weekend and enjoy the beauty of North Fork Leadership Center and see what it has to offer.
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp training is not required to attend this event. If this is your first opportunity to attend ALOE Weekend or camp at one of our Council Properties, please view the "What should I bring to Camp?” packing list provided on our website www.girlscouts-gateway.org on the volunteer resource link.
Registration opens on August 1, 2011 and closes on Friday, January 13, 2012 and is on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are 3 ways to register for this event: 1) Visit our website and click the register for training link, 2) Call our activity registrars 904-388-4653 3) Complete this application and mail it into your service center. In the event you need to cancel your registration you must do so by Friday, January 13, 2012 in order to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds after this date.
The event fee for the weekend, Friday evening through Sunday morning, is $35.00. This includes all meals and activities. If you would just like to attend for the day on Saturday, the cost will be
$30.00. This covers all meals and activities on Saturday.
